An experienced Room Attendant is required to join our Housekeeping team.
30hrs Full time contract (additional hours may be expected throughout busy times).
Competitive hourly rate. Staff parking and uniform provided.
Cleaning guest apartments to the required high standard including bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen
Carrying out deep cleaning of apartments as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor
Cleaning of public areas -corridors and stairs
Report any occupied apartments that have not been used
Report any guest comments or complaints
Report any maintenance faults or spent light bulbs
Ensure lost property is logged immediately
Record daily linen usage
Must have one year’s previous Housekeeping experience in a 4 star serviced apartments or hotel
Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
Fluent English both oral and written
Excellent eye for detail

Opportunities in Reception
A full time (37.5 hrs) Receptionist is required to assist with the efficient day to day running of the Reception desks within our five Receptions.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s Reception experience gained within serviced apartments or 4 star hotel.

Successful candidates should have fluent English – oral and written, have excellent guest contact and presentation skills, an eye for detail, able to organise and use initiative.
A working knowledge of Rezlynx would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
Salary will be dependent on experience, circa £15,200 to £16,150.
Shifts are between 0730 and 2200 and will include most weekends. Generous holiday entitlement, car parking and uniform provided.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will have strong technical skills with good attention to detail. 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 0700 & 2000, including weekends on a rota basis.
