We guarantee that you will always receive the best rates when you book direct on our website.

Our Best Rate Guarantee applies to bookings made via the Fountain Court website when the most appropriate rate has been selected.

In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same apartment type, on the same arrival date,  for the same number of nights with the same stay and cancellation conditions, we shall match that rate within 24 hours of making your reservation on fcapartments.com.  Please notify us using the claim form below.

The claim form must be received within 24 hours of making the original reservation and 72 hours prior to arrival.

The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable on rates which are packaged with a flight etc and discounted rates not available to the public e.g. negotiated corporate or group rates.
