Fountain Court Apartments EQ2 have achieved a Silver Grading from the Green Business Tourism Scheme. At EQ2, and our other locations, we are conscious of the impact that each of us have on the environment.
We work alongside the Green Business Tourism Scheme to make EQ2 a green and environmentally friendly location.
From managing our energy consumption to looking out for the local wildlife, there are many ways to look after our environment.
We have implemented measures where you, as our guest, can work alongside us. We ask our guests to switch off heating when not required, reuse the bathroom linen and we provide recycling facilities. Even our leftover bread is composted or fed to the birds!
EQ2 is perfectly located for a gentle stroll along the side of the canal. Or, if you're feeling more energetic why not hire a bike and cycle the length of the Union Canal to Falkirk and get the train back to Edinburgh?
